We Need to Reboot You is my contribution to SYNTH/org vol.1, an anthology of comics curated by Attaccapanni Press (the small indie label I run alongside Ariel Vittori) about artificial intelligence and synthetic life.
It’s a story I’ve been dying to tell for years: Gregory, a researcher, finds out that his Memomate (his robot assistant and living calendar) is getting old. Obsolescence is just behind the corner, but Greg doesn’t want to give up on his artificial companion, and is willing to try one last hard boot to set things right.
